--bin-length (-b)

When using the BIN list file, it usually contains BINs of different lengths. In order to be more or less restrictive when matching these BINs, we can tell the minimum BIN length to consider.

By default the tool uses the typical BIN length of 6

If we use this flag with the value 0, then we will be ommiting the matching of BINS so any number of length 16 or 19 that passes the Luhn check will be considered as a possible valid card number.
